  • 1½ cups (180g) all-purpose or bread flour
  • ½ cup (120ml) warm water
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Mix the Dough

In a bowl, mix:

Add flour gradually and mix until a sticky dough forms.


2. Knead & Rest

  • Knead lightly for 5–7 minutes (by hand)
  • Cover and let rest for 3–4 hours, folding once every hour

The dough should rise about 50–70%.


3. Shape & Proof

  • Shape into a small round loaf
  • Place on parchment paper
  • Cover and proof 1–2 hours until puffy

4. Air Fry the Bread

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C)
  • Place loaf (with parchment) in basket
  • Cook 15 minutes
  • Flip carefully, reduce heat to 320°F (160°C)
  • Cook another 10–15 minutes

The bread should sound hollow when tapped.


5. Cool Completely

Let cool at least 1 hour before slicing for best texture.
