  • 500 g of seedless grapes previously frozen
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • Preparation of the Grapes:
  • Start by washing the grapes and be sure to remove any seeds if necessary. This step is crucial to ensure the smoothness and purity of the ice cream.
  • Crushed in the Thermomix:
  • Place the frozen grapes in the Thermomix glass and blend for 20 seconds at speed 7. This process will guarantee a perfect texture for the base of our ice cream.
  • Add the Sweet Touch:
  • Add the sugar and lemon juice to the glass with the crushed grapes. Blend for 10 seconds at speed 5 to ensure even distribution of sweetness.
  • Assemble the Whites to Snow Point:
  • In a separate container, whip the egg whites until stiff. This step will provide an airy and light texture to our ice cream.
  • Integration of Ingredients:
  • Gently add them to the grape mixture in the Thermomix glass. Mix for 15 seconds at speed 3 to achieve a homogeneous combination.
  • Foam Freezing:
  • Pour the mixture into individual molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the foam is completely frozen.This time will ensure the perfect consistency of the ice cream.
